Idaho Spud
You either love them or you hate them, but this ubiquitous coconut/marshmallow/chocolate confection is all the rage in Idaho.
If you visit the state, pick up a Spud. They’re certainly a food that represents this Western state. Also, Idaho Spuds have been in production since 1918, so plenty of people are Spud fans. You may become one too.
