This refreshing cocktail features Vodka, Aperol, and Prosecco.
Aperol is an Italian aperitif that features, among other ingredients, bitter orange, gentian, rhubarb, and cinchona (a medicinal plant from Peru that produces quinine). Prosecco is an Italian sparkling wine that has recently become popular as a less expensive substitute for Champagne.
We encourage you to use EFFEN® or other good-quality Vodka for best results.

1 1/2 parts Vodka
3/4 part Aperol (see editor note)
3/4 part Grapefruit juice
1/2 part Fresh Pomegranate juice
1/2 part Lemon juice
1/2 part Simple Syrup
2 parts Prosecco
Method: Shake all except Prosecco with ice and strain into a wine glass filled ice cubes and Prosecco. Garnish with a lemon twist or lemon wheel.
