Pomegranate Ginger Margarita Recipe

refreshing fresh pomegranate ginger margarita

Tangy, spicy…this unique combination of fresh pomegranate juice and ginger liqueur from the mixologists at Salt Creek Grille Princeton is the perfect way to spice up your Mexican fiesta this year!

2.5 oz of Pomegranate Juice

1.5 oz of Don Julio Blanco tequila (or other high-quality white tequila)

3/4 oz of Canton Ginger Liqueur

1/2 oz of fresh lime juice

Sugar rim and lime wheel for garnish

Add ingredients into a bar tin.  Shake and pour into a sugar rimmed rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
