Brooklyn Sour Recipe

Avenue Restaurant, is a beachside brasserie in Long Branch, NJ, has stirred up this classic cocktail with an unexpected twist – using a float of Ruby Port instead of the usual red wine! An egg white is also added to create an alluring, silky texture.

1 ½ oz Rittenhouse Rye

1 oz Lemon Juice

1oz Simple Syrup

½ oz Egg White

Top 1 oz Ruby Port

¾ Ice in white wine glass

Garnish: Orange and Cherry
