One of the things I love about Italy is all the bottles of still and sparkling water on all the tables in restaurants. The sparkling water has carbon dioxide added to it for the bubbles and the effect is a clean, crisp flavor with not too much bubble and no aftertaste. It makes a wonderfully refreshing accompaniment to food.
The Natía Natural Mineral Water is a still water that tastes like, well, a delicious, fresh tasting water. There’s been nothing added so there’s no lingering flavors or aftertaste. Just clean, refreshing water. While the still mineral water doesn’t have the pizazz of Farrarelle’s sparkling water, it’s a lovely refreshing drink.
