Calling to mind fall dessert favorites like Apple Pie, the Plum Bob puts a surprise autumn twist on the classic Manhattan.
2.5oz Apple Pie Bourbon
1.5oz Averell Gin (or your favorite brand)
2 Dashes of Chuncho Bitters
Mix all ingredients and pour into Manhattan glass. Garnish with Yellow/Purple Plum
This aromatic cocktail, named after the man who named the Adirondack Mountain, combines the familiar fall flavors of apple and cranberry.
2oz Bison Grass Vodka
2oz Apple Juice
Dash of Celery and Cranberry Bitters
Splash of Lemon Juice
Splash of Simple Syrup (1 to 1 water and granulated sugar cooked until sugar melts; then cooled)
Mix all ingredients and garnish with Celery and Cranberries
