4 cups whipping cream
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
14 oz dark chocolate
6 tsp water
1/3 cup Bailey’s, brandy or rum
Mix whipping cream, sugar and vanilla until firm.
Melt dark chocolate. Add 6 tsp of water to the chocolate.
Add 1/3 cup Bailey’s Liqueur or rum or brandy to the melted chocolate/water mixture. Cool the chocolate to room temperature, then fold into whipped cream mixture. Cool in refrigerator until firm. Top with dollop of whipped cream and serve.
