St. Patrick’s Day is almost here. Have you got your menu planned? If not, here’s an easy Guinness BBQ Sauce recipe from our friends at Tony Roma’s. You can put an Irish spin on Ribs, burgers, and steaks and more with this tangy, hearty sauce.

1 ½ qts of ketchup
3 bottles of Guinness
4oz of molasses
2 TBS roasted garlic
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Tony Roma’s Steak Seasoning
2oz apple cider vinegar
1 tsp black pepper
Heat all ingredients over low heat for 12-15 minutes. Cool and store to use on your favorite foods.
