This recipe calls for limoncello, a wonderful lemony liqueur from Italy (a bit like Bailey’s only with lemon flavor), and Cava, a Spanish sparkling wine that’s made like champagne. Both are available at better liquor stores.
2 Sparkling Cava

1 part Cointreau

1 part limoncello

Muddled strawberries

Lemon juice

The blood orange in this recipe gives is a lovely sweet-tart flavor. This recipe calls for blood orange puree and simple syrup, which you’ll want to make ahead of the festivities.

2 parts tequila (they use Patron Tequila)

1 part Cointreau

Fresh squeezed lime juice

Blood orange puree mix*

Blood Orange Puree
4 blood oranges, peeled, sectioned, and seeded

2 Tablespoons simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water, boiled in a pan until sugar dissolved. Simple syrup will keep in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to one month.)

1 Teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Puree in blender until smooth. Adjust to your taste with simple syrup and lemon juice.

 

 

Scooby cocktailScooby Snack

This recipe calls for Midori, a sweet green-colored liqueur that tastes like musk melon. It’s available in better liquor stores.

2 parts Bacardi light rum

1 part Midori melon liqueur

1 part white crème de banana

Splash soda pineapple

Mix together, shake together, and strain.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Gummybear cocktail

Gummy Bear

2 oz Stoli Raspberry Vodka

1 oz Splash of Peach Schnapps

3 oz Club Soda

Fresh Peaches to garnish

Add ice to Old-Fashioned glass. Add vodka and schnapps. Top with club soda and garnish with peach slices.
