Holiday Cocktail Recipes

Poinsetta cocktailWith holiday social calendars bursting at the seams, it’s always a good idea to have some festive crowd-pleaser cocktails on hand. Our pals at some of the top restaurants and lounges at premier hotels and resorts across the country have rounded up their favorite holiday cocktail recipes with an extra splash of holiday spirit to share with us.

• 1 oz Cointreau

• 1 oz cranberry juice

• 3 oz Champagne

Serve in a Champagne glass

• 1.5 oz Bacardi tangerine

• .5 oz Grand Marnier

• 1 oz cranberry infused simple syrup

• Spoonful of cranberry compote

• Splash of ginger beer

Serve in a highball with mint garnish and a cranberry





Jack Frost cocktailJack Frost

• 1 ½ oz Laird’s Applejack

• 1 oz Espresso

• ½ oz cinnamon syrup

• Float with peppermint cream (whipped cream flavored with peppermint)

Serve in a coupe glass ( a shallow, broad-bowled, stemmed glass) and garnish with fresh grated cinnamon.






Peppermint patty cocktailThe Peppermint Patty

• 1/2 oz. Peppermint Schnapps

• 1/2 oz. Vanilla vodka

• 1/2 oz. Cream

• 1/2 oz. Frangelico

• 1/2 oz. Chocolate liqueur

Build in glass with a peppermint rim and top with whipped cream and cherry.





Rudolph's Milk cocktailRudolph’s Milk

• 2 oz vanilla vodka

• .5 oz cherry liquor (bottom float)

• .5 oz white crème de cocoa

• 1 oz Godiva white chocolate

• .75 oz  peppermint syrup

Shake and strain in glass rimmed with crushed peppermint candy.






Apple pie cocktailApple Pie a la Mode

• ¾ oz Apple Pie Moonshine

• ¾ oz Vanilla Vodka

• 1 oz Cranberry juice

• 1 ½ oz ginger ale

Build in a hurricane glass (tall glass with a fluted bowl shape) and garnish with an apple slice.
