Leap of Faith cocktail Summer’s here, friends, and a great way to kick off the season of sun is with a sensational cocktail. Leap of Faith, from Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar, one of Midtown Manhatten’s hottest restaurants, features refreshing grapefruit and lime juices with the heat of jalapeño. Ole!

1 ½ parts Tanteo® Jalapeño Tequila

2 parts fresh Ruby Red™ grapefruit juice

½ part fresh lime juice

½ part agave nectar

Garnish with Jalapeño slices

 

Build this cocktail in a shaker. Add ice to the tequila, juices, and agave and shake well until chilled. Strain over fresh ice into a single rocks glass. Enjoy!
