This summery martini recipe was created by award-winning mixologist, Isaac Grillo, at the Haven Rooftop at the Sanctuary Hotel. It blends fresh lemon and pineapple juices for the perfect summer drink.
Editor’s Note: The recipe calls for simple syrup, basically equal parts white sugar and water that you heat until the sugar melts. Simple syrup will keep in your refrigerator for a few weeks.
