Eclipse Martini Recipe

Eclipse Cocktail (Large)This summery martini recipe was created by award-winning mixologist, Isaac Grillo, at the Haven Rooftop at the Sanctuary Hotel. It blends fresh lemon and pineapple juices for the perfect summer drink.

Editor’s Note: The recipe calls for simple syrup, basically equal parts white sugar and water that you heat until the sugar melts. Simple syrup will keep in your refrigerator for a few weeks.

1.5 ounces New Amsterdam Gin (or your favorite brand)

.5 ounces Triple Sec

¾ Lemon Juice

¾ Pineapple Juice

½ Simple Syrup

Shake ingredients, strain in a martini glass and add a small splash of cranberry juice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
