Cucumber-Avocado Gazpacho Recipe

cuke gazpachoOur pals at Just Spices, a new U.S. spice company with 20+ organic spice blends, sent us this recipe for Cucumber-Avocado Gazpacho featuring their Veggie Broth seasoning ($5.99). Of course, if you’ve got veggie broth in your freezer, you can also use that (in place of the spices and water). However, Just Spices is an easy alternative and all their products are certified USDA organic, with no flavor enhancers and are available at justspices.com.

This recipe for cuke-gazpacho featuring crisp cucumbers and creamy avocadoes is refreshing and just right for spring.
