Raspberry Rum Punch
This Raspberry Punch, made with BACARDÍ Superior, pairs white rum with fruit flavors. Whether gathering friends for a seasonal dinner party or for an early backyard BBQ, punch is a great way to serve a large number of guests.
This recipe calls for simple syrup, which you can make ahead of time. Use equal parts water and granulated sugar and heat in a saucepan until the sugar is dissolved. Cool and store in refrigerator. Simple syrup will stay fresh in the refrigerator for several weeks.
- 8 Parts BACARDÍ Raspberry rum (or other raspberry-flavored rum)
- 4 Parts BACARDÍ Superior rum (or other white rum)
- 6 Parts lime juice
- 4 Parts cranberry juice
- 2 Parts club soda
- 5 Parts simple syrup
Add all ingredients into a punch bowl with plenty of ice. Garnish with lemon wheels.
Golden Age Rum Cocktail
Ready for a classic warm weather cocktail? Try this Golden Age cocktail for a new take on a Daiquiri. Made with white creme de cacao and golden rum, this full bodied recipe is ideal for the transitional weather of spring.
- 2 Parts Banks 7 Golden Age Rum (or other amber rum)
- 0.75 Parts Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 Parts White Crème de Cacao
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel.
