Tropical Daiquiri

1.5 oz. Rum
1.5 oz. Passion Fruit
1.5 oz. Sugar

Preparation: serve in martini glass and garnish with a pineapple slice.

2 oz. Bacardi Raspberry Rum
.5 oz. Natural Syrup
.5 oz. Grenadine
.5 oz. Lemon

Preparation: serve in martini glass and garnish with strawberries and raspberries.

3 oz. Orange Juice
4 oz. Concentrated Mango
4 oz. Concentrated Tamarind
.5 oz. Natural Syrup (Aka simple syrup—equal parts sugar and water heated until sugar melts. Cool before using.)

Preparation: serve in hurricane glass and garnish with lime peel.

1 oz. Red Worm Mezcal
.75 oz. Natural Syrup (Aka simple syrup—equal parts sugar and water heated until sugar melts. Cool before using.)
1 oz. Lime Juice
2 pieces of Raspberry
1 slice of Pineapple
1/8 piece Serrano Pepper

Preparation: rim hurricane glass with Tajin shredded pepper and garnish with cherry and slice of starfruit.

.5 oz. Lime Juice
1 dash Orange Juice
2 dashes Natural Syrup (Aka simple syrup—equal parts sugar and water heated until sugar melts. Cool before using.)
2 dashes Strawberry Jam

1 oz. Lemon Juice
2 oz. Orange Juice
3 oz. Passion Fruit puree
1 oz. Natural Syrup (Aka simple syrup—equal parts sugar and water heated until sugar melts. Cool before using.)

Preparation: serve in Mason jar and garnish with strawberries, kiwi and an orange peel.
