Dos Homb-Rise
Tequila Cocktail recipe courtesy of Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar which serves authentic Mexican food in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Naples, Orlando, Palm Beach Gardens, Tampa, and West Palm Beach.
Ingredients:
2 ounces of Dos Hombres Mezcal
2 ounces of pineapple juice
1 ounce of fresh lime juice
½ ounce of agave syrup
½ ounce of pomegranate syrup
Mexican tajin salt
Dehydrated pineapple leaf
Method:
1. Add all ingredients into shaker 10, shake hard.
2. Strain into highball glass.
3. Garnish/ with rimmed Tajin seasoning ,dehydrated lime and a pineapple leaf.

Dano-Rita
Spicy Margarita Tequila cocktail recipe courtesy Dano’s Tequila.
Ingredients:
2 oz. Dano’s Pineapple & Jalapeno Tequila
1 oz Cointreau
1 ox Lime juice
Method:
1. Shake all ingredients and pour them over ice into a highball or rocks glass.
2. Garnish the rim of the glass with Tajin sugar/salt mix.

Mayan Mule

Ingredients:
2 Parts Milagro Reposado
½ Part fresh lime juice
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
3 Parts Ginger Beer
Lime wheel
Mint sprig
Method:
1. Place 2-3 ice cubes in a Collins glass.
2. Add fresh squeezed lime juice, Milagro Reposado, ginger beer and bitters.
3. Garnish with mint sprig and a lime wheel.

Mezca-Fresca Margarita
Santo Spirit is the creation of rocker Sammy Hagar and Chef Guy Fieri.

Ingredients:
2 oz Santo Mezquila0.5 oz Cointreau
2 oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
1 oz Strawberry puree
1 oz Simple syrup
Garnish: Raspberry salt rim, quartered strawberries, lime wheel
Method:
1. Rim 16oz glass with raspberry salt blend, fill with ice and set aside.
2. Fill mixing glass 2/3 with ice and add Mezquila, Cointreau, strawberry puree, lime juice, and simple syrup.
3. Cap mixing glass with shaker tin and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain contents from shaker tin into rimmed 16oz glass.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel and strawberries.
