Fearful Fieri
Guy Fieri and rocker Sammy Hagar teamed up to create Santo Spirits and came up with this cocktail recipe they’ve shared with Real Food Traveler readers.
Ingredients:
2 oz Santo Mezquila
1 oz Agave Nectar
1.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
0.5 oz Guy Fieri’s Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ Australian Aromatic Bitters
Garnish: Chipotle Chili Sugar Rim
Directions:
Rim 10oz glass with chipotle chili sugar blend, fill with ice and set aside.
Fill mixing glass 2/3 with ice and add Mezquila, agave nectar, lime juice, BBQ sauce, and Australian bitters.
Cap mixing glass with shaker tin and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Strain contents from shaker tin into rimmed 10oz glass and serve.

Ghostini Cocktail
This creamy martini will make everyone want to be a ghost this Halloween.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Vanilla Stoli Vodka
1.5 oz. Godiva White Chocolate
1/8 tsp fresh vanilla
Directions:
Shake and strain in a martini glass with a marshmallow ghost.

Hallow-Rita
This margarita-inspired Halloween drink, which features silver tequila and Cointreau, is offered by the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Pompano Beach Resort & Spa.
Ingredients:
2 oz. 1800 silver tequila
.5 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. simple syrup
.5 oz. orange juice
Directions:
Shake and strain in a Collins glass over fresh ice with a black sugar rim and a lime wheel.

Bloody Citrus
This recipe is courtesy Santo Spirits.
Ingredients:
2 oz. Santo Tequila Blanco
1/2 oz. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
1 oz. House-made fresh lemon sour
1 1/2 oz. Clementine and Peach flavored sparkling soda
1/2 oz. Blood orange soda (floater)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients but the blood orange soda in a shaker
Shake and strain over a tall rocks glass filled with ice.
Add floater of blood orange soda.
Garnished with a slice of blood orange on a skull skewer.

Pumpkin Martini
This recipe comes from the Avenue Restaurant in Long Branch, NJ. It combines classic liquors with nutmeg, pumpkin spice, and pumpkin puree. You can also use it as a festive holiday drink. Or it can even double as a dessert!
Ingredients:
1 oz. Rye (they use Rittenhouse Rye)
½ oz. Rum (they recommend Sailor Jerry Rum)
2 oz. Pumpkin Puree Mix (recipe below)
1 oz. Vanilla Syrup
Garnish with a dash of Nutmeg
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in an ice filled cocktail shaker; shake well. Strain into chilled martini glass and garnish.
Pumpkin Puree Mix
Makes enough for approximately seven cocktails.
Ingredients:
4 ½ oz. Pureed Pumpkin
8 oz. Milk
2 oz. Cream
½ each tsp. Nutmeg and Cinnamon
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.

A Pumpkin Martini.
Witch’s Brew
This scary brew will be sure to get your witch guests off of their brooms.
Ingredients:
1 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
1 oz. triple sec
1 oz. blue curacao
Juice of a whole lime
Directions:
Shake and strain in a martini glass with a black sugar rim.
Orange is the New Black Sabbath
Ladle up a glass of this drink, created by Craig Cottier at the Austin, Texas location of Punch Bowl Social.
For an 8-person bowl
Ingredients:
4 ounces (1/2 cup) agave nectar
6 ounces (3/4 cup) orange juice
12 ounces (1.5 cups) of Reposado tequila
16 ounces (2 cups) of Teakoe’s Orange Octane tea, brewed normal strength
Directions:
Pour all ingredients into a large pitcher (at least 44 ounce).
Stir pitcher and fill shaker tins halfway with punch, rest with ice and shake.
If you don’t have shaker tins, pour into punch bowl and add about half as much ice as you’d need to fill.
Stir the punch with a ladle for a minute to properly mix.
Add ice to properly fill the bowl.
Pour a half cup of red wine into something that’s easy to pour from and slowly pour around the edges of bowl for the float.
Garnish with orange peels.

Firewater

Ingredients:
1 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
1 oz. Bacardi Superior Rum
1 oz. Grenadine
1 TBS of sugar
1 oz. Freshly squeezed orange juice from 1 orange
Directions:
Stir & strain into a rocks glass.
Garnish with maraschino cherries, sliced orange, lemon and lime rounds.
