Blackberry Turmeric Mocktail
Buchi has a range of botanically-based kefir sodas and kombuchas. They boost the beneficial bacteria in the gut, which has been linked to improved mental wellbeing. Flavors include strawberry coconut passionflower, watermelon mint, lemon ginger cayenne, and pear chamomile.
Ingredients:
2 oz. Kombucha such as Buchi’s Coconut Blueberry Elderberry Kombucha
2 oz. Apple cider
1 Blackberry
1 pinch of turmeric powder.
Method:
Muddle a blackberry in the bottom of your favorite coup glass.
Add an ice cube, apple cider, and kombucha.
Top with a pinch of turmeric powder.
Stir gently and serve!

Cherry Limeade
Jordan’s Skinny Mixes are sugar-free syrups and flavor bursts that are available on Amazon.com.
Ingredients:
1 cup of soda water or Diet Sprite
1 fresh lime wedge
One squeeze of Jordan’s Skinny Mixes Sugar Free Cherry Limeade Flavor Burst
Method:
Pour soda or Sprite in a glass with or without ice.
Add the squeeze of Cherry Limeade and mix.
