WHAT IS THE EVENT ABOUT?
Celebrating its seventh year, the Park City Wine Festival’s Fall Edition combines James Beard chefs, volcanic wines and a private wine vault with adventures in the Wasatch Mountains.
“We designed this year’s paired experiences to reflect the full spectrum of what Park City does best: world-class cuisine, stunning mountain terrain, and serious wine,” says Park City Wine Festival Event Director Kristen Slater. “Whether you’re sitting down for a James Beard chef-led dinner or lacing up your boots for a ridge hike followed by rosé, every experience is built around one idea: the best wine moments happen when the setting is extraordinary.”
WHO ORGANIZES THE PARK CITY WINE FESTIVAL: FALL EDITION?
Founded more than 25 years ago in Denver, Team Player Productions (TPP) has produced and managed more than 400 events around the country, raising more than $2 million for its various nonprofit partners. There are a variety of events that combine food, drink and outdoor experiences. Event organizer, Kristen Slater recommends picking one “culinary experience” and one “main event” per day, depending on your interests. Here’s the schedule:
Thursday, October 1
CULINARY EXPERIENCES
An Evening of DAOU at Riverhorse on Main
Indulge in a five-course paired dinner at one of Park City’s most distinguished restaurants. Each course will be served with a perfectly paired wine from DAOU Vineyards.
There will also be an exclusive experience in the private wine vault of RIME by St. Regis Deer Valley with Chef Jason Lahrman. Details will be announced at a later date. Follow @parkcitywinefestival on Instagram for updates.
Big Reds & Bold Cuts Wine Dinner at Butcher’s Chop House & Bar
This restaurant, named Park City’s Best Steak in 2025 presents a five-course dinner with wines from J. Lohr Vineyard & Wines, named 2025 Domestic Winery of the Year at the Sommelier Challenge International Wine Competition. The wines are also certified sustainable by the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance.
Boutique Producer Wine Dinner at LOMA
One of Park City’s Top 3 Best New Restaurants 2025, LOMA is making its festival debut. A five-course Italian menu from Chef Adam Ross will be paired with wines from Ricochet Wine Company’s portfolio of 93+ point wines. Guiding guests through the experience will be Chef Sommelier and SommSchool founder, Kellie Martin.
Volcanic Wines & Parisian Plates at Le Depot Brasserie
Connect the bold terroir of volcanic growing conditions of wines from Brassfield Estate Winery with five courses of classic French cuisine by James Beard Award-winning Chef Galen Zamarra. Wine educator Julie Minadeo leads the pairing exploration.

The paired dining experiences are informative, delicious and fun.

Rosé & Ridge Hike and Lunch at Hyatt Centric EPC
Take a moderate, three-mile hike guided by the Mountain Trails Alliance through sweeping views of the Wasatch Range. Then enjoy a three-course rosé-paired lunch at EPC Restaurant, focused on Utah-cuisine. Award-winning Chef Cris Sibaja Aragon leads the meal with Chief Sommelier Kellie Martin guiding the wine pairings from Acquiesce Winery & Vineyards.
Sparkle & Savor Wine Lunch at Glitretind Restaurant by Stein Eriksen Lodge
Enjoy a three-course still and sparkling wine lunch at this restaurant that has held its Forbes Five-Star rating for 18 years. Executive Chef Zane Holmquist pairs locally sourced cuisine with wines from J Vineyards & Winery, led by Head Winemaker Nicole Hitchcock, named 2022 Winemaker of the Year by Wine Enthusiast.
MAIN EVENTS
Best of Fest
Celebrate wine, food, art and music in this signature event celebrating the craft of pairing food with wine and spirits to traditional art forms. Experience art being created before your eyes, while hearing the tunes of local musicians and a delicious, curated pairing menu. Tickets sold at this event support the event’s non-profit partner, Arts Council Park City + Summit County and their mission to support the Park City Arts & Culture community by driving creative programming, providing valuable resources, and cultivating connections.
Grand Tasting
Meet the people behind the wines and spirits featured at the Park City Wine Festival’s Fall Edition through conversation and unlimited tastings at this core event. Enjoy bites from local restaurants too plus live music and entertainment. The Grand Tasting is your opportunity to explore new sips, purveyors and regions.
Tickets come in three levels, First Sip, Early Access and General Admission. First Sip offers earliest entry, and therefore the smallest crowds, to be the first to experience the Grand Tasting. Nab a table or spot to call your own for the three-hour experience. Early Access provides 2.5 hours at the event, a full half-hour before GA admission opens. And General Admission receives two hours of tasting, bites, live music and entertainment and a curated shopping marketplace. Transcending the Glass Dinner at Le Depot Brasserie
A five-course meal of classic French cuisine presented with a modern twist by James Beard Award winning Chef Galen Zamarra will be presented paired with wine and cocktails from Foley Family Wine and Spirits.
Uncorked Utah Luncheon at Boneyard Saloon
Feast on a family-style meal from this local favorite while exploring a tasting of local Utah suppliers, Terra 5047 (Utah’s highest elevation winery), Dendric Estate, and Purple Sky Winery.
Vino Venture Hike and Lunch at Deer Valley Café at Deer Valley Resort
Go on a three-mile guided hike before settling in on the lakeside patio for a three-course meal. Enjoy pairings from winemaker Michael Oravecz and Mila Family Vineyards which produces fewer than 200 cases of each varietal using biodynamic farming, prioritizing long-term soil health.
