If you’re looking for a way to cut calories and keep all the BLT flavor, whip up Hungry Girl, Lisa Lillen’s BLT Pasta Salad. It calls for House Foods low-calorie Tofu Shirataki Fettuccine Shaped Noodles. Add the noodles to a traditional salad of lettuce and tomatoes. Then simply mix in fat-free mayonnaise and sour cream and top it off with crumbled bacon bits.

BLT Pasta Salad Recipe

Serves 1
Ingredients:
1 package (8 oz.) House Foods Tofu Shirataki Fettuccine Shaped
1/4 cup torn lettuce leaves
2 TBS sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained
2 TBS real crumbled bacon bits
1 TBS chopped scallions
1 TBS fat-free or reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 TBS fat-free or reduced-fat sour cream
Method:
Rinse and drain Shirataki noodles well. Pat dry using paper towels. Put in a large microwave-safe bowl and heat in microwave for 1 minute. Drain excess liquid and pat dry.
Cut noodles 3-4 inch lengths. Refrigerate until completely chilled.
Add all ingredients to the noodles and mix well.
Serve cold. Enjoy!
