Pretty and Pink Negroni Recipe from Waterloo Gin

When we here at RealFoodTraveler.com were offered the recipe for the Pink Negroni cocktail from the folks at Waterloo Gin, I didn’t hesitate to say “yes, please!” I mean, it combines so many things I’m fond of – cocktails, cocktails with gin, and all-things-pink. It’s such a beautiful drink, I can imagine it served year-round for something lovely to sip in spring and summer, to celebrate the shimmer of the holiday season and, of course, for Valentine’s Day. The fact that Waterloo Gin describes the drink as “naturally blushed and delicately floral” with “no artificial color, just bold botanicals,” just makes us love it more.
