We love food festivals. They are a great way to do some culinary traveling, being able to taste a wide variety of food and drink iconic to a region. Its also the chance to get to know the purveyors, growers, makers, and chefs. Basically, it’s booth-by-booth and event-by-event way to really get to know a destination. And that’s why we’re so excited to head to Blowing Rock, North Carolina for the SAVOR Blowing Rock festival, May 2-5, 2019.

Savor Blowing Rock means wine tasting.We’re extra lucky to be going to this festival for the first time this year because there will be an expanded range of demonstrations, seminars, live music, visual arts and events. Here are some the highlights we’re really looking forward to:
