Today, Sept. 29, is Coffee Day! Celebrate by making a coffee-flavored cocktail. This recipe, created by our friends who make Sobieski Espresso Vodka, combines the rich flavor of expresso-flavored vodka and chocolate liqueur with the creaminess of Irish Cream. This is an adult milkshake!

2 oz. Sobieski Espresso Vodka **

1 oz. Kerrygold Irish Cream (or other brand)

1 oz. Chocolate liqueur

Add all liquid ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass.

** This recipe calls for espresso flavored vodka. However, you could also substitute regular vodka and add espresso flavoring or even a shot of real espresso.
