Spring Equinox Cocktail

In anticipation of the Spring, the AAA Five Diamond Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit shares its recipe for its signature Dreams of Juarez cocktail. The name is to remember the ex-President of Mexico Benito Juarez whose birth date (March 21) coincides with the spring equinox on March 20. His birth brings with it the arrival of the spring that is represented with the lychee and guava, while his humble origin is remembered with the raicilla, a home-made version of tequila that has its roots in the area around Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
