It’s not only delicious, it’s healthy too. It’s a great alternative to greasy potato chips. And you can use dehydrated apples in a variety of baked goods such as pies, tea breads, and cookies.
This recipe was provided by Omega, makers of juicers and the Excalibur Dehydrator. Omega suggests using their Excalibur Dehydrator, but you can use any dehydrator.

6 apples (Gala or Empire apples work great, but you can use any you have)
Cinnamon and sugar for sprinkling (optional; produces a sweeter flavor)
Wash and core the apples.
Cut the apple into ¼” to 3/8” slices or rings; discard any bruised portions.
Dry at 135◦F/57◦C in a dehydrator for 7-9 hours. (Humidity of location will determine time for dehydrating.)
Store in clean glass jars or freezer bags.

Some expert in raw food movement say that due to heat, a centrifuge juicer can destroy all
enzymes or a part of them. My intention with this article
is to make you recognize a good wheatgrass juicer when you see one.
Families probably want to consider a larger juicer.
